Free Home Information Pack have been announced to be provided by the Hamptons International which is one of the premier residential agents of the UK, and it is the subsidiary of the Emaar properties. This free Home Information Pack will be available after the implementation of the Home Information Pack dated 1 June. This move of introduction of free Home Information Pack has made the Hamptons International the first residential agent to do so.

Prior to the introduction of free Home Information Pack, the concept of Home Information Pack was actually made mandatory since June 1 2007 for those who were interested in selling the residential property. The documents of the Home Information Pack were to contain the key information regarding the property such as title deeds and certificates related to energy efficiency. The Hamptons International has now announced the concept of free Home Information Pack wherein all the required documents and certificates will be organised in that free Home Information Pack where the clients need not have to spend even a penny.

It has been stated that the free Home Information Pack has been developed carefully so as to consider the unique property requirements of the clients. The main intention behind the introduction of free Home Information Pack was to enable the clients to sell and buy the property within a shorter timeframe. Clients who wanted to sell their property in 2007 were relieved of getting their property on to the market before June 1, 2007.
